Hi my name is Gina and I’m in 4th grade. I am here to update you about the Star Reader Word Count. The whole school is working together to make our goal of 20 million words. So far we have read 15,678,107 words in all. Can you believe it! The grade that is in first place with the highest word count is 4th grade with 3,768,285 words! At the end of the quarter we are going to have a big party with the whole school if we read 20 million words. The last day to read and take Star Reader tests is January 14, 2026, or 1-14-26 at 3pm. So remember to keep reading and have fun.   Thank you  Ms. Maloney and Ms. Toschi for letting us have this fun party!
