Thanks to the South Stickney Sanitary District Team, the water main is fixed and we have water back at Sahs! Thank you also to all of our families who flexed today and were able to get kids picked up early. Our staff was amazing and we were able to make changes happen quickly! We have an amazing Sahs Community!
Due to a water main break at Sahs, we need to dismiss all Sahs students at 1:15 today. All students should be picked up from school at 1:15 today. We apologize for this situation but it is outside of our control and we cannot have students in the building without running water. After school events cancelled.

Did you know that Sahs School has preschool spots still available for 3-4 year olds? Classes are available in both English & Spanish. There is NO cost to families for preschool at Sahs. Contact the office at 708-458-1152 for more information.
Reavis High School is sponsoring a baseball camp for children ages 7-14. This camp will be held in January, but registration is being accepted now.
The kids camp will be starting on Wednesday, January 8th.

This week our students participated in vision and hearing screenings. A special thank you to the Stickney Clinic for helping with our screenings!
We kicked off the Kids Heart Challenge yesterday at Sahs for K-4th grades. Students raise money to support the American Heart Association and learn good habits for a healthy heart. It was a great assembly!

Sahs students participated in our annual school bus safety drill today. They learned great safety tips and practiced how to safely evacuate the bus in case of an emergency.
